PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

It's been a few years since I've owned a webcam. Back in the day they were notorious for taking mediocre at best photos and choppy video, if video was a feature at all. With so many advances in both digital and cell phone cameras, it's easy for the home PC user to forget about the ol' webcam these days. However, Cyber Snipa's Spotter Webcam immediately caught my eye with its unique scope appearance and I wanted to give it a closer look. Is it merely style over substance, or has the webcam finally graduated into a peripheral that can produce quality pictures and video and still look cool? Let's find out.
